Just don’t do it!!!

Took almost 2 extra hours for us to get into our room so that wasted pretty much the 1st day of our vacation, but we understood bc the previous guests messed it up pretty bad but after we left we got a charge on our chard for some damages that we DIDN'T DO! There was mold all over the shower curtain. None of the hair dryers worked nor did any of the tvs. The parking deck is horrible and the elevators are even worse! For as much as this place costs they could at least add a few more or put some kind of air system in them or the halls so you’re not pouring sweat during your 45 min wait for one! You’re not allowed any toys or floats in the pool and it’s not a lazy river as advertised! You also have to pretty much bring your whole house with you bc they furnish NOTHING, barely even one pot and pan that look 100 yrs old. And don’t ask ab anything bc after they get their money they never respond bk to any questions you have! I could go on and on but if you make the mistake I did and chose this place then you’ll find out and learn your lesson just as I did.

My family really like this condo

We enjoyed our time in this condo. It was clean and well maintained. exactly as pictured, the beach and pool are very nice in this location. I would have like more info about the checking process before we arrive. I was not aware the parking pass was in the condo and I need to go to the room fist. I paid for a parking pass as directed to by the staff apon arriving. Other than that, the condo building is ridicules with the elevator situation, but I had read reviews beforehand and was expecting the hassle. I would defiantly book with Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals again but not in this location due to the hassle with the elevators.
