Welcome to this 6 bedroom 3 bathroom ( 3 individual units) This Unique Beach Triplex will be perfect for large families to enjoy the over 3600 square feet of living space. This home allows for families/ groups to spend as much time spent together as desired as well as privacy for guests with separate needs ie: small kids, to ensure the best time and place for you ALL to make incredible memories at the highly sought-after destination of Surfside Beach SC. This listing is for the entire house (all 3 units). The individual units are listed on this site and are available to rent individually. Units A and B can be adjoining units by using an enclosed indoor stairwell. We cater to families, sports teams, golfers, friend getaways, church groups, etc........this is not a party house, please reserve accordingly. We are pet-friendly, upon arrangement, and an additional fee applies.

This property is located 0.2 mile from the beach and newly constructed Surfside Pier. Here, you are located very close to some of the area's most popular resturants, bars and entertainment. Also, don't forget to check out all of the fun activities held almost daily at Memorial Park, located just one block from the property. There are weekly farmer's markets on Tuesdays and live bands on Sundays from 5:00-8:00 PM, weather permitting. If great seafood is what you are craving, this property is 7 miles north of the famous Marshwalk at Murrells Inlet.
