Quiet street and only one and a half blocks to beach and boardwalk and same distance to bay. Watch the sunset over the bay from second floor balcony.

Recently updated, home features 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. 1st floor features 1 bedroom w/bathroom. 2nd. floor has master bedroom suite w/bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Balcony with bay views off of 2nd floor master bedroom.

8 beach badges are included. Off street parking for 3 cars as well as plenty of street parking. Large backyard with dining table and chairs, seating area, gas grill and outdoor hot and cold water shower.

Children’s playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball on next block. Bay beach area and playground a short walk away. Bay fishing pier and boat launch at end of street. Close to amusements, restaurants and Island Beach State Park.

What you need to bring: Bed linens for 3queen beds with 2 pillows each, 2 twin beds with 1 pillow each, towels, wash cloths, beach towels, paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Beach chairs. Feel free to use any kitchen spices, aluminum foil, etc.

Perfecto

We enjoyed our week at this home. Quick walk or bike ride to beach. Location is great. Close to everything. No issues with noise from nearby recycling center. Awesome little backyard. We enjoyed the front porch. We loved the outdoor shower. Owner very responsive, helpful and nice.We would rent this home again.
