Strategically located in a quiet neighborhood in old-town Vallejo. 1 mile from the ferry to San Francisco. 15-30m drive to: Napa, San Francisco, Sausalito, Oakland, and Berkeley. 1hr drive to Sacramento. 2hr drive to Lake Tahoe.

Reliable wifi, shared laundry, and a variety of food nearby for take-out.
The space
Quiet private room with wifi, shower, fridge, and microwave. Private entrance through shared laundry room. Recently remodeled.
Guest access
Plenty of parking out front. Residential street with no street cleaning. If you need to use the garage let me know. I may be able to work something out.
Other things to note
Check-in at any hour after 3p. You will receive a code for self-access. Check in and out times are flexible if there are no other bookings that day, please check with me first.

Amazing

The host was superb. The location was great. The studio was lovely. It felt like home. It has a desk and I was able to have a workstation now to do work. Overall it was a great experience
