Three by the Sea is a fabulous place for a memorable comfy-cozy New England vacation! With plenty of room for the whole family to vacation all together in this adorable, renovated property.

When you drive up to the home, you will be greeted by a great patio that will take you to the place you will most likely will want to be most of vacation...the sunporch!

Front patio or outdoor back deck, you have the perfect spot for the after-beach family barbecue with plenty of outdoor seating for everyone!

Enjoy the outdoor fire pit with some s'mores under the starry salty night. After all, outdoor living is what Maine vacations are all about!

Inside the beautiful sunroom, you will find board games for playing after a day at the beach, comfortable seating for lounging, and a TV for everyone to enjoy and relax while spending quality time together.

Do all of this while still soaking in the sun from the wrap around windows!

All the comforts of home on the lower level with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with two full baths on this level.

The upstairs bedrooms stay nice and cool from the efficient mini splits downstairs.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms: two walk through loft rooms each with 1 twin bed + trundle and 1 full bed, lead to the private Queen bedrooms.

Maine fun

This is the cutest house. We loved our stay. Would be great for two families to stay. You have separate sleeping area upstairs. Each are has its steps leading to the beds. Has two full bathrooms on the lower level. Really fun sun room and large deck to enjoy. It is centrally located to everything to do in the are. Host are awesome. Get back to you ASAP if you need anything. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Maine.

Overall good but a few issues

We thought it was closer to the water but because of the weather that wasn’t a real problem The main problem was the lack of blankets & no clear instruction on how to use the split system for heat. The biggest problem was not being able to sign on to our account to watch the movies we wanted and the account that’s was listed had blocks that limited access to movies.

Maine fun

Cutest little property. Would be perfect for a family of two at this property. Two upstairs separated bedroom areas with their own stairs to each area. Has a ton of space. Loved the sun porch and beautiful deck. Wilk definitely stay there if we go back to Maine. Oh, beds were great!❤️
