Events such as Birthdays, receptions, baby showers, family reunions etc are available upon discussion with the host. Has a great view from basically anywhere in the house. The sunrises are amazing as well as the sunsets. Only 20 minutes from Bryant Denny Stadium, and has plenty to do on site including a boat launch with a dock for your use. Yard games such as cornhole are provided. Sweet Sunrise is a bucket list experience. Pets are welcome too upon discussion with host.

Great Fun on the Lake

Everything was amazing. The owner was extremely helpful, and the house was very clean and prefect for our daughter's graduation BBQ.

The best thing about the property is the distance to the city. You are 12 to 20 minutes from being in the heart of city life. You are just far enough out to enjoy peace, quiet and beauty. You are just close enough to go get loud when needed. It's the best of both worlds.
