Great option for Wayzata

We came out for a trip to visit a friend and stumbled across this listing. The home was in great condition and close to all of the restaurants of Wayzata.

Disappointing

Me and my 3 adult children stayed her for a week over the holidays. When I arrived Frederic was just about to leave to go get keys for us. Even though there is a door keypad and garage door keypad, we had only two keys. Upon arrival everything looked as shown. It’s a very, tall open property so noise carries. The upstairs bedroom can hear everything from below and it was like a sauna up there from the rising of the heat. Also, the location is right by two busy roads and you can hear the traffic noise through the night. It was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups and wine glasses. It only had two water glasses. Also, very few utensil items. We had to go buy more paper towel, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, garbage bags and toilet paper. For a weeks stay we were given 3 garbage bags and one roll of paper towel. For a house that can sleep 8 people, having only one couch and one uncomfortable chair wasn’t ideal. The white towels provided were thin and cheap. Be aware, that if there are women in your group who wear makeup and get it on the whit towels, you will be charged under the pre tense that they wouldn’t come clean. I was charged 250.00 for 2 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 4 washcloths along with a fitted sheet(?). They may think about purchasing the black makeup towels on Amazon. I would not recommend this property.

Great Location for our Thanksgiving needs.

The property is new and clean. It was a perfect location between our two main Thanksgiving week visits. In the other days, it was handy to shopping and restaurants. The only slight issue was paper products were not well stocked, (we had to buy our own) and the Main floor bedroom got a bit too chilly in the cold nights. Overall, great stay.
