About this property

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the property. Relax beside the koi pond. Hike along the Bruce Trail towards Hoggs Falls. Go for a mountain or road bike. Explore local towns (Markdale, Flesherton, Eugenia, Kimberley, Thornbury) and great restaurants (Flying Chestnut, Marilynne's, Heart's Tavern, Justin's Oven). Sit outside by the firepit and enjoy the stars.

The house is comfortable with two separate living areas (one for adults and one for kids). Lots of games in basement to occupy kids. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Stocked kitchen with basics and all tools you'll need to cook some great meals. BBQ on deck with 6 person patio set. Inside there's a kitchen table that seats 4 and a 8-person dining table (can easily squeeze more if needed).
