200m from Praia Brava da Fortaleza, in an ecological corner in the Atlantic Forest.
On a 2800m2 plot, 1 house with accommodation for up to 10 people. Complete house with four suites. We have spaces for 3 cars, balcony and views of the forest and the sea. We have a garden and shower, with pure water from a private spring.
Praia da Fortaleza, ideal for swimming due to its calm waters, is currently part of the World Climbing Circuit.

Vista espetacular

A casa é simples e bem rústica, mas de acordo com o anuncio. Tivemos dificuldade com a umidade, com os eletrodomésticos muito velhos e improvisados. Mas o fato de cada quarto ter um banheiro é uma vantagem. O imóvel precisa de reparos simples para ser mais funcional, por exemplo, ter calçada ou passarela entre a ducha e a entrada da casa. Toda vez que chegávamos da praia tínhamos que escolher entrar na casa com areia ou com barro, pois a entrada da casa era toda enlameada quando chovia. A praia é maravilhosa e o local do imóvel é agradável, no meio da mata atlântica. Bem lindo! O dono é prestativo e atencioso. Mesmo com alguns utensílios e eletros bem velhos, ele sempre atendeu nossas solicitações e demandas. O local do imóvel não é recomendável para pessoas com pouca mobilidade.
