New to the rental market, this centrally located, 2nd floor spacious 3 Bedroom villa is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, well equipped and waiting for you and your family to enjoy.

While driving through Shipyard to this villa you will see beautiful, lush landscape surrounded by lagoons and wildlife. Once inside the Colonnade Complex, you will feel right at home. Each townhouse has their own private entrance, which is perfect for leaving flipflops and beach gear just outside your door!

Walk inside and you will be surrounded by tasteful, coastal touches where every room is designed for comfortable, lowcountry-style living. From the well stocked kitchen to the comfy bedding, this villa will charm you from start to finish. Have to work while you are on the island? No problem, there is plenty of room in this villa for quiet time. Like to spread out and watch TV? The contemporary, open floor plan living area is perfect for family time. Outside or inside dining is available, you'll never know where your family will gather!

Shipyard is located mid island between Palmetto Dunes and Sea Pines. Beach access is available by bike (5-7 minutes), by walking (10-15 minutes), or by parking in the Shipyard Beach Club parking area. Beach gear is provided. Colonnade guests are welcome at the community pool, hot tub and grill. Additionally, plan to enjoy Sonesta Resort's public amenities of dining, cocktails at Bayleys Bar, or spa services at the ARUM Spa.
