About this property

This cozy little home nestled in the trees in Coolin, ID is walking distance to Priest Lake (public beach, boat launch, etc.), great restaurants (The Moose Knuckle, Selkirk Lodge Bistro and Ardy's), The Tyee an adorable waterfront coffee shop, and the historic Leonard Paul store.
With easy access to national forest and public lands in addition to the lake and 72 miles of shoreline, you will find an endless number of outdoor activities: boating, swimming, fishing, ATV/dirt bike riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, and huckleberry picking, just to name a few. With year-round access and enough parking in the driveway to bring a boat, RV/Camper (hookup for additional fee), or snowmobiles you can head right out on your adventure!
Inside the home you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The well stocked kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, island, and attached dining area with dining table. Just off the dining area and kitchen you will find a back deck with chairs, small fire pit and gas BBQ grill. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with comfy couches, and a gas fireplace. The front porch is a great spot to sit and sip your coffee or wine!
There are two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You can log in to any of your subscriptions like Netflix or Disney+ or use the DVD Player to watch one of the movies from our DVD library if you need some down time.
There is Starlink internet at the home so if you really must work while you're here you will have the capability to do so;).
Don't forget to make dinner reservations at Hill's Resort or Elkins Resort on the other side of the lake for an amazing fine dining waterfront experience.

Very clean, cozy and great location

I would give 5 stars as this was a great place to stay. The place is wonderful, neighbor was really nice. We could walk to Moose Knuckle and parking was perfect. Beds were amazing! Kitchen was very well stocked and the new bbq was very nice! It was warm and they put in a window cooler which helped the one main room- we put a lot of fans up to get cool air to the living/kitchen area. Seems like we pay a good price and shouldn’t have to work to keep it cool- we appreciate the effort though. And then it was hard to find cause when you get up there- there is cell service, so google map didn’t work very good. The street signs are not visible or readable in that neighborhood- so maybe written directions? Other than those two things I would give it a 5 star otherwise.

My husband and I live in Post Falls, ID with our two kids. We are a very active family! Our kids play multiple sports, so we are always on a filed or court somewhere. Whenever we get a break, we head straight for Priest Lake. We love to be able to share our favorite place on earth with others so they can experience the beauty of it too!

Why they chose this property

We have many friends in this neighborhood so we know we love the people, but we also love how close it is to the water and some of our favorite places to hang out, eat a meal, and access the many trails, beaches, etc.

What makes this property unique

I think our property stands out because we take a lot of pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. I also love that it still feels like it is in the woods but also is a super convenient location.
