college dorm

Clogged shower drain-YUCK. BADLY stained and shredded mismatched towels and washcloths. ONE roll of ONE PLY toilet paper in the whole place. Later found an amazon box on patio w/tp. No shelf in master shower, toiletries and soap on the shower floor. Bdrm. 3 had NO nightstands or lamps. Nightstands in other rooms were L brackets not large enough to hold a magazine, one was broken and hanging off the wall. One small lamp in bdrms 1 & 2, not enough for 2 ppl to read. Toilet seat in master bath super loose. Arm fell off the sofa. ONE wine glass in the apt. 4 sheets left on paper towels, no backup. Patio rug was gross-stained. All that said, housekeeping did a good job with what they had to work with, ie gross stained towels had been washed and surfaces were clean. It just needs a run to Target and a weekend of TLC.

Fun in the Sun

Swimming pool best part of this rental. It was clean and well kept. Advertised as heated, but that did not seem to be the case. Did not like the wall art in bedroom with bathroom--included photo of a gun. The rooms were nice sized and the bathrooms were good. Furniture old and needed some repair. Appliances were in good shape. Liked proximity to park and walking path.
