Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this Timber floor plan condo features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the wooded views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area with gas log fireplace as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Loved It!

What a great place to stay! The location is convenient to Valle Crucis, Grandfather Mtn, Boone, Blowing Rick, etc. Yet, you feel like you're away from the fray. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. Our teen loved having the downstairs portion all to himself. Perfect views! We will defintely be back!

Incredible Weekend

My family decided to take a short weekend trip to see the fall foliage. The weekend was full of fun activities...corn maze, hay ride, pumpkin picking, alpine coaster, shopping. So much fun! But let me tell you....I would have been content just staying in, because this condo was incredible. It is beautifully decorated, has gorgeous views, all the amenities you could ask for. And when I tell you it was clean...it was clean! As I traditionally do, I brought along Clorox wipes and a few other supplies because I never feel that the cleaning is adequate. Well, I didn't have to give it a second thought. The unit was superb. We're already looking at the calendar to see how soon we can get back!
