About this property

We are located in the heart of downtown Davis on D street. Walking distance to Co-Op, Farmer's market and UCD!

Original 1930's house that has been extensively remodeled over the years. Spacious backyard with a hot tub, loquat and fig trees. Currently, we have 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. If need be, we can add an extra queen bed in the master bedroom and could sleep comfortably 10 people.

There is a separate cottage on the lot that sleeps 4 people that could also be rented separately.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay during our weekend in Davis. The house we initially booked had some issues, so the host placed us at their other property - larger and closer to town. The house was beautiful and great for our group of friends and our small children.
