Dahlia is a 1,625 square foot 3-story townhome featuring a single car garage on the ground level, kitchen & open living space on the 2nd level, & two bedrooms on the 3rd level with two en-suite baths and walk-in closets. This boutique townhome features porcelain tile floors, stainless steal appliances and luxurious finishings throughout. Best of all, it's centrally located in the heart of the historic downtown Lake Worth Beach, close to restaurants, nightlife and just few minutes from the beach!
1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park in any available spot within the community (parking is first come first serve). There is also street parking available. Please do not park in front of or block any garages.
2. No shoes inside the home.
3. No smoking inside! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the receptacle provided by the front porch. You will be charged for any signs of smoking inside or of there's any damage to furniture!
4. No parties, events or film crews.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people.
6. Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am. Enjoy yourself but be respectful of the neighbors!
7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal on the bistro table or outside.
8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
9. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the premises, do not leave any children unattended in the community.
10. Pets are allowed free of charge. Please make sure they do their business outside by the doggy trash station, pickup and throw away any waste. Keep their paws clean!
11. Make sure to turn off the lights, set air conditioning (mode: cool, fan: auto, temp: 74 degrees), and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages to the home, personal property and furniture must be paid by guests and will be reported.
13. Any items that are taken away from the property will be billed to guests and reported (i.e. TV remotes, furniture, keys/garage remotes, adapters, accessories, supplies, etc.).
14. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
15. Make sure to enjoy your stay!
