Tanaka Condo is in a prime location (located below Alyeska chairlift #4) for year round activities: skiing, hiking, biking and dining.
Open full kitchen with large breakfast bar. Living room provides a comfortable queen hide-a-bed couch and a real wood burning stove. The hallway closet has been transformed to fit European style bunk beds, there is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer located in the hall. The Bedroom has a comfy queen bed and its own private bathroom.

Overall a nice clean condo that is well located and easily accessed. Suggested additions include information that a coffee machine and what type is available be placed on line. The kitchen lacks a wine opener and basic salt and pepper. The bunkbeds lacked top sheets. it would be nice if the bathroom had hand towels, racks and toilet paper holders. Overall, the condo would be more comfortable with a coffee table and a rug in the living room.

Amazing stay in Girdwood

Wonderful spot at base of ski mountain in Girdwood. Super location. Can walk to food/drink/shopping! Loved everything about it.

Beautiful Place to Stay

The condo was newly renovated, super clean and had all the amenities we needed for our visit. Great communication and an easy check in/out process. Very nice area and close to the slopes. Only took us 45min to get here from the Anchorage Airport. I highly recommend this rental property.

Great condo!

We were really impressed with the condo. The location is perfect, having two bathrooms was great, and communication with the owner was great. I would love to own my own condo just like this. We’re on a 2 week AK road trip, and this was our midway stay. Having a washer and dryer was so great to be able to wash up the first week’s laundry. Thanks so much!

Easy process

The process of renting this property was super easy. Everything was clean and ready for us. We had some noisy neighbors but that’s to be expected in a condo setting. Overall very nice place.
