We know you will feel at home the moment you step through the doors of this stylish one bedroom apartment. Styled in soft neutral tones with pops of colour – this elegantly furnished apartment has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. The sleek white kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up some tasty meals at home which you can enjoy at your dining table that comfortably seats four. The inviting living area features a plush sofa and a smart TV. Relax with your loved ones and watch a movie while admiring the view. The sofa also converts into a sofa bed. The bedroom features an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you will struggle waking up in the morning. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and Key Views fluffy and hotel grade amenities leaving you smelling great and feeling refreshed all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
