Amazing retreat

This villa is the perfect retreat spot with spectacular views of the bay. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. The villa is set up with all the essentials including rockers and table, chaise chairs and a hammock for nap time 😉. The house is comfortable despite the afternoon heat but cross ventilation helps immensely. It’s less than a 10 minute walk into town and although the return walk is a bit in the steep side - totally walkable or you can catch a taxi in town vs walking or driving. House cleaning is available on longer stays and Ninoska was very thorough and extremely pleasant! The only inconvenience for us was we were not allowed to use the stairs because it is not part of this phase of Pelican Eyes - maybe owners can come to an agreement on that. This place is a definite YES!

Beautiful view, very clean and excellent comunication eith host

The house exactly as pictured, feels at home, very clean and hotel like details, loved the bathrooms and roomy bedrooms and felt secure in the close gated community

3 Nights at Pelican Eyes in the First Week of December

Easy everything!, location, check-in no problem. Amazing view more space than advertised. clean and spacious. Everything you need. Easy and quick response from the host. I enjoyed everything. If, I have one heads up for renters it would be about the washer and dryer, I did not meet the minimum stay to use washer and dryer,,, I will take the hit on that I miss that detail in the listing. So, that is my one heads up... That being said, this place is amazing and I would and will rent again, if the host will have us again.
