Welcome to this 113 year old 3-story house that has been fully remodeled with 4 bedroom (2 main suits), and 3.5 bathroom in the Southern Orchards area of Columbus, Ohio. Our house can accommodate up to 9 guests with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 twin bed with trundle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive covered front porch, or enjoy an evening backyard barbeque in the fenced backyard with a covered porch. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your home cooked meal. There is ample seating with 4 bar stools at the kitchen island and the 6 person dining table to enjoy your meals. Take time for yourself in the dedicated yoga/meditation nook located in the third floor main bedroom. Enjoy fine dining and shopping in the quaint city of Bexley, the historic German Village, East Market (Trolly District), Short North and many other close by restaurants and shops. Our house is only 1 minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, 5 minutes to downtown, 6 minutes to Franklin Park Botanical Gardens, 12 minutes to OSU Main Hospital, 15 minutes to Easton Town Center, 10 minutes to John Glen International Airport (CMH), 20 minutes to Polaris Mall.

Girls weekend

We had a fun weekend in Columbus! It was close to the Franklin conservatory and the open floor plan made it so that weather you were in the kitchen or living room everyone was able to talk and relax together!

The property looked great just like the pictures on the website. The area was okay. Could maybe use 2 more TV’s in two of the bedrooms. I have college students and not enough to go around. And the Attic bedroom is really nice but could use a ceiling fan.

I enjoyed my stay at this property! It had so much space and while I only stayed here one night with my group, this would be a very comfortable stay for multiple nights as well. I liked the kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and yoga space!

Southern Orchards Columbus

We stayed 2 nights passing through Ohio. We had 5 adults and 2 kids with a pet and there was lots of room for everyone to have their own room. The home was beautiful, exactly as listed and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Family vacation stay

We stayed here with our four children (ages 11-4 years old) and the house for our needs perfectly. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was very clean. The lock was easy to use. The neighborhood is up and coming. All in all a good stay.

A great home for families

The home is what we were looking for. Open floor concept and plenty of bedrooms for our kids. We were able to cook a family dinner and enjoy time with our family at the same time. The home was very clean and had PLENTY of towels for our family of 6. Looking forward to another stay.

Amazing Space!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The open concept of the downstairs really allowed us to spend time together! Street parking was always available as well as parking in the back. Communication with the host was great- we even extended our stay. Super clean as well!!

Wonderful house

Overall, a very nice house. All updated. Floors were fairly dirty upon check in. Tons of space. Nice beds. Biggest complaint is its in a fairly rough neighborhood. Car alarms going off all night. Corner store felt very unsafe.

The property was beautiful and was just as pictured! My family and l stayed there while visiting for the holiday and we had a great time. The host was responsive and was flexible with a later checkout time. I would just suggest providing more cooking supplies (pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc) for a better experience for those cooking for larger groups!

Lovely home!

The house was well taken care of, clean and even went the extra step of having snacks. Excellent hosts! The neighborhood is on the up and coming, but it still has a way to come. However we absolutely felt safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend.
