In addition to a prime and unbeatable location, you are granted access to Summertree Village's amenities, including an outdoor courtyard pool, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, and a picnic area for grilling.
As you enter this bright and airy retreat, you will find a welcoming open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals that will surely be appreciated by the family after a refreshing splash in the pool or a day spent on the beach. There is a nice wet bar as well. Spread out comfortably in the sunny living area and watch a favorite show on the TV. Other great spots to relax are the screened porch and the screened balcony overlooking the courtyard and community pool. Additional perks include an on-site stacked washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
