The living area features cute dutch doors that lead to a charming shared outdoor area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or soaking up the sun. The full kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze.
The unit consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The beautifully renovated bathroom is a sanctuary, featuring modern fixtures & a refreshing ambiance.
Located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, you'll be just steps from the beach, the famous Manhattan Beach Strand, and vibrant dining options. Whether you're here for a beach getaway or to explore the city of Los Angeles, this unit provides the ideal retreat for your stay.

We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, however, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Property Notes:
-There is a unit located on the 1st floor. Although we have made efforts to reduce sound transfer, there may be some sound transfer from neighbors.
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 14% TOT tax required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee). Guests are required to complete this payment.
The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities.
Other Things to Note:
We would like to inform you that there is a shared laundry facility available in the garage. Should you need to use it, feel free to do so at your convenience. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others using the shared spaces.
Also, we have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
