Make our Blue Mountain Beach home yours in this highly sought-after neighborhood with everything you need for a beach get-away. Our custom home is conveniently located in the "Lakeside" neighborhood, a gated community just off County Hwy 30A. Easy access to all 30A has to offer. Our neighborhood gate is 0.4 miles to beach access with parking, bathroom and showers! You can cruise on the golf cart or walk/ride on the bike path to the beautiful white sand beaches & emerald waters of Santa Rosa
The space
Our home offers two Master Bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second. The built-in bunk room with 2 full beds and 3 twins offers an inviting coastal theme that kids of all ages will love. 6TV's in this home one in each bedroom, screened in porch, living room and loft. Enjoy sitting out on the front porch, the expansive screened in patio with TV or relax in our back yard by the fire-pit and grill area. Just behind our home, guests can access 15,000 acres of trails in Point Washington Forest perfect for hiking or biking. Enjoy our outdoor shower after a day at the beach, lake or forest.

Swap out a beach day for fun play or relaxation in our community pool or travel just across the street to our new playground and park area perfect for families. We are also just a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants and shopping such as Redfish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mabels, For the Health of it, McTighes, Blue Mountain Bakery, Big Daddy's Bike Shop and conveniently located near Redfish Lake and Village. Or...take a trip up and down 30A in our brand new 6 seater street rated electric golf cart!

Great Family Location

What a cute and clean place in the Blue Mountain Beach area! The neighborhood was quiet and a short golf cart ride to the community pool, beach, and places to eat - it was a plus to have a golf cart as part of the rental! The beds were comfy which is a must after a full day of activities! It rained and was chilly a couple of days so we made good use of the fireplace! We spent a lot of quality family time together watching March Madness on the big screen TV in the living room but there were plenty of TVs and space throughout the house to enjoy! Thanks Tracy for answering my questions during our stay as that makes a difference when you have a responsive host!
