Beautiful house, but falls short of luxury house/stay
The house/views are beautiful, but good review stops there. I had to ask for address/check-in/out instructions. Upon arrival, 2 ladies in bikinis exited the house claiming to be the cleaners. We waited for 30mins at the house for Matt in order to check-in. There were personal items in the house/garage/closets. The AC did not function well: 23-27degrees upstairs at all times. Matt said: right side patio door was sticky and to use left side, past renters stained the couch, so they put blankets over them, the pool was foggy, but said it was clean. Matt attended to the hottub after we checked-in and later brought water jugs,we wondered why this was not done before our arrival. Matt asked me to let a repair person in the following day at 8am to fix the garage. I said we did not need garage fixed/want to get up at that time. Following noted: left side of kitchen sink did not drain, bottle of oil was empty, pool gate wood panel fell off when opening the door, only 10-12 spoons/forks/plates, limited bathroom/kitchen towels, no kleenex, cement tiles at the pool/deck were wobbly/loose,list goes on. Matt wanted me to facilitate a handyman over the night before leaving as he may not be able to get him again. We completed check out items. 7 hours after checkout,Matt messaged me "You guys sh*t kicked the place". I was very taken back. Matt would not provide apparent photos. At no point did we party and we were very respectful of the place. Not enough space to write everything, wont be back
