Renovated from top to bottom 3rd floor condo in Navarre Beach.
Views from the ocean and sound side. Enjoy this three bedroom, two bath (sleeps 6) condo with just a two minute walk to the beach or a two minute drive to the Navarre Fishing Pier. Fully stocked kitchen, close to restaurants, community pool and BBQ grills!

Our main goal is for you and your guests to really enjoy your stay and make tons of happy memories!

The Space:

Living/Dining Space: Comfy couch and 2 accent chairs, game boards, Roku TV, Dining table seats 6, ceiling fan.

Balcony: Enjoy the double water view, have a morning coffee and relax in one of the four outdoor chairs. We always leave two Tommy Bahama beach chairs on the balcony, feel free to use it during your stay.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, blender, new fridge, new microwave, new dishwasher and new stove with AirFryer feature. Pantry has all your condiments, coffee, filters, teas, sugar, pots and pans.

Laundry: laundry room inside unit.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, dresser and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, dresser and closet.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, Roku TV, ceiling fan, large dresser.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are shower/tub combination we provide bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths (we ask that you do not take them out of the unit)

GUESTS must be at least 25 years of age to book
NO PETS are allowed. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if you break rule.
NO LATE CHECKOUTS - If you check out 15 minutes past the checkout time a late fee of $75 will apply and a $100 fee every hour after that.
NO PARTIES/NO EVENTS - Additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged and please keep in mind quiet time between 10:00pm-8:00am
NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE THE CONDO OR BALCONY!!! Cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. PER HOA RULE- Do not hang towels or other items to dry on balcony PLEASE brush off sand before entering unit (There's a brush hanging outside the front door just for that) REMOVE all trash on your departure We truly hope you enjoy and make amazing memories during your stay!
