About this property

Waterfront Mother-In-Law suite (Private entrance only). Central heat & air, on a 2 acre lakefront property located on a cul de sac. Lake Denton has crystal clear refreshing water. A quiet & peaceful place to relax & unwind. Gather mussels from the lake and let the fish eat from your hands, go snorkeling, scuba diving, boating or swimming. A running/bike path and Scuba Dive Camp are accessible less than a quarter of a mile away. The Iconic Sebring Raceway is only a short 15 miles drive away. The sunsets are amazing and the place is extremely quiet and private.

The space
The Separate Mother-in-law suite has 1 bedroom, a pull out bed in the living room,1 bathroom with a walk in shower, dining room, living room, full kitchen, and a full-sized washer & dryer.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets under the the shade trees, crystal clear water, watch the bass chase minnows while jumping out of the water, see wildlife such as bald eagles, ducks, ospreys and more. A fire pit is available for your enjoyment as well. A true getaway kind of place. Just to note there is parking for 4 cars as well as utility/boat trailers.
Guest access
Lakeside Getaway has two acres of land to enjoy. There are 2 Hydro bikes, paddle boards, a kayak, and a canoe with life vests available on the property for guests to use.
There is a boat ramp 1/4 of a mile from the house, so you can bring a boat or watercraft which you can anchor on waters edge in the backyard.
The pump house and detached garage are not for guest use (Thank you)

Bring your fishing poles & snorkel and mask ;O)
We do like to inform guest that the house does have well water with water softener filtration system.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We truly enjoyed our quick family weekend getaway. The clear lake water provided endless enjoyment by the kids & adults. The lake was better than a home rented with pool bc of small watercraft activities provided by the hosts. We will return here next time we're in town.

Lakeside getaway

Cute and comfy duplex on a small lake. Great for couple or families with 1 or 2 kids. The owners provide a canoe and paddle boards for use while you are there, or if you prefer to just relax, there is a big hammock under a shade tree as well as lounge chairs and a picnic table.

Beautiful time in paradise.

I was a great lake to stay. I was swimming and paddle boating everyday. Watching Eagles and hawks fly. One of the few lakes you can swim in and don't have to worry about alligator's. LOL. Lot's to see and do in the area too.

The neighbors are kind and friendly. You are 15 minutes away from the 12 hours of Sebring Racetrack, 57 miles from Disney, 64 miles to Universal Studios, 51 miles to Gatorama, 33 miles to Legoland and 66 miles to Tampa. You are centralized so wherever you want to go for the day you can.

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet and private area where you can relax and have fun. The crystal clear spring fed lake is amazing. You can see 40 feet down and watch the fish for hours. The fish love the mussels you find and they will eat right out of your hands. I have seen 10lb, and 12lb Bass taken from this lake and have snorkeled watching bream and bass come right up to you. We have ducks on the lake and they will come see you in the evening. Occasionally you will see a Bald Eagle take a bath right on the beach. You have access to our dock where you can jump off of anytime. There is a hammock for your use as well. It's good fun for the entire family.
