Not notifying about pool

The pool was not available and they never say nothing about that, and pay a lot more to stay on that house because the pool

Worst experience of my life

The house we rented was not available they gave us another house which was dirty there was no water smelled bad no toiletries the person Freddy owners brother in law did not respond to calls gave us wrong adress nd was very rude said house we rented had plumbing problems due to earthquake they failed to inform us of situation until we arrived we learned of this I had to spend extra money looking for another place “ I need a refund “ this ruined my plans this the worst host ever how can you not notify me of the problem the house they gave us was horrible no Water really ? I demand a refund I have texts of brother in law stating that the original house had plumbing problems and not aware why host did not inform me
