The space
The large house and two smaller cabins are located on the river with a private area for relaxing and enjoying the view.

There are two full bathrooms in the house and two additional bathrooms/showers located at the rear of the Lake Erie Adventure building, where kayaks are rented. Folks that rent kayaks from Lake Erie Adventure have privileges to launch their kayaks, so you might see them.

THE PROPERTY IS ADJACENT TO A RAILROAD. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSITIVITY TO THIS, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER SOMETHING ELSE. Trains pass by directly behind the venue many times throughout the day and night their whistles are LOUD. Ear plugs are provided in each cabin.

Smoking is prohibited other than in outdoor spaces. Cigarettes should be disposed of in the provided containers. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in the loss of the security deposit.

Open flames, including candles, are not permitted in any of our buildings.

Pets are not permitted.
Guest access
Guests have use of all outdoor areas including the fire pit (firewood provided), bar, adirondack chairs, and the fish cleaning station.

There is plenty of room for parking.
Other things to note
There is a railway track directly behind the house. Guests with noise sensitivity should be aware of this before booking.

House is located 10 miles to Cedar Point and 7 miles to Cedar Point Sports Force.

Main House:
Bedroom 1: One King Bed; One Sofa Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed; Two Twin Beds
Living Room: 3 Single Beds (Couches)
Additional: 4 Additional Twin Mattresses Upstairs for floor sleeping.
