Our family moved here from the lower mainland and have never looked back. This community jewel we call Blind Bay is nestled in the heart of the Thompson Okanagan, and shares the many lake shores and rolling hills of the South Shuswap region of BC with Balmoral, Carlin, Eagle Bay, Notch Hill, Skimikin, Sorrento, Sunnybrae, Tappen, White Lake, and Wild Rose Bay. Except for the skiiers this community that sleeps under a blanket of snow is soon transformed into a vibrant hub in the summer. Complete with public markets that boast world famous cheeses and wines, live music festivals; recreation enthusiasts from all over BC, Alberta and Washington come here to enjoy the scenery, wild beauty and laid back culture. It is a wonderful place to raise children and that small town feeling we knew and loved as a child is alive and well in Blind Bay.

There is truly no bad property here in Blind Bay. While each is unique in some way, they all offer the perfect backdrop of nature and culture, good people, good food, good wine and good times. There is something here for everyone. We choose ours for the breathtaking views, the peaceful sunsets and refreshing swims that encompass lake life. Recreation trails quite literally spill out of out backyard, and our guest house, with all the comforts of home is luxurious to come home to after all your adventuring. We know you will love it as much as we do.
