Nubian apartment in El Helal, free water, coffee, tea

In general:
Are you a sportive traveler, who wants to stay in a special apartment close to the beach, then you will like my unit. Own entrance, open kitchen/living area, seperate bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony/ terrace. The construction gives you maximum cool fresh air. An amazing view to the valley and mountains. Practical kitchen to make small meals. Close to the authentic city of Hurghada. Note that in case of long term stay, the water, coffee and tea is not provided for free.

The area
My private apartment is in a villa in El Helal, 200 Meters from the beach and 1,5 km North from Dahar Square. You have free excess to the sea for swimming and snorkeling. Our area is very quiet, with avenues. The apartment is totally yours. To the beach 200 MTR, with free excess. Beach use from New Da Vinci hotel is cost 120 LE per person. It has also two Jaccuzzi's, small pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. Magic Beach hotel has day entry with pool and beach, 150 LE p.p. and for long term guests there is an option for a member card of Sea Star Beau Rivage Resort. Ask for the price if you like that to use there all facilities.

Food and shops
This area provides all shopping/food supplies you need. A modern European supermarket Pick 'n Pack is 150 mtr, also a cafe Belgium café-restaurant in our neighborhood street for take away and home delivery service. In the area are local supermarkets, souvenir shops and pharmacies.

Excursions
If you visit Hurghada for the first time, I am happy to show you around, and this city tour is for free for my guests.
I arrange kitesurfing, diving, boat trips and desert tours, by Quad, Jeep, Horse or Microbus.

Neighborhood description
El Helal is a quiet villa area, with avenues, and Egyptian prominent residents who work in government. That makes our area very safe and comfortable. El Helal is also called Government District. The maire has his villa here too. The streets are safe for children to play outside. It's a small suburbanization, where we all know each other. Much Christians live here, and foreigners. Car rental is at the end of our street, so are the shops and beach.

Getting around
From the airport it is 11 km to here. We have an own taxi, but also Uber and Indriver are common here. Bus stop to Senzo Mall and El Gouna just around the corner. In the main street also local transportation. If you come by Go Bus, tell your taxi driver to go to El Helal, close to Sea Star Beau Rivage.
