Approximately 200 yards from the beautiful white-sand beach and walking distance to the Sunset Bayside dock and boardwalk, this vacation home includes a king master bedroom suite, a twin bedroom, a loft with a twin trundle, patio balconies and more. The twin beds can be converted to a king. Please notify me in advance if you want them converted. There’s also a living area with 42inch flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full-size washer & dryer and complimentary high speed & Wi-Fi Internet access throughout! Loved it!

Perfect beach vacation getaway in a very nice neighborhood. The only thing I did not give five stars was because the tennis courts are not yet operational and we had very much looked forward to using them. Loved the Shipyard restaurant for breakfast and Pizza dinner.

Perfect Holiday Treat!

We stayed here over the Christmas Holidays. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. We cooked all our meals with the exception of one night during our two week stay and had access to all the kitchen equipment we needed for our meals. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean and well maintained. The location is close to the outdoor (heated) pool and a short walk to the beach. There is a farmers market on Tuesdays during the winter in South Seas so we enjoyed walking there and picking up treats and fresh produce from the house. The Island Store and all the restaurants on Andy Rosse Lane are also conveniently located and within walking distance as well. Carole was very responsive to our questions and requests. We will most definitely stay here again.
