This light and bright villa is highlighted by vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows that let the natural beauty of Seabrook shine through. You'll love the open feel of the great room on the top level with ample seating, a large TV, and sliding door access to the screened porch overlooking the marsh. An open deck is adjacent to the porch for optimum sun time if desired. The renovated kitchen, also on the mid-level, features new appliances, a regular brew coffee machine, a Keurig coffee maker, and an electric kettle. You have everything you need to prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces! A vaulted ceiling and casement windows and new flooring are additional highlights. The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools, Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Island House restaurant/bar, golf, tennis, pickleball, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some amenities are seasonal.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
