Cadiz near the beach

We had a wonderful seven days at this property. It was clean, bigger than expected, and in a great location. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and Old Town Cadiz. Highly recommend

In der Wohnung fehlt es einem an nichts. Ausstattungsmäßig ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Sicherlich ist die Wohnung nicht die Modernste. Aber es ist alles top gepflegt und sehr sauber.Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut. Sehr zentral. Mit dem Bus in 10-15 Minuten, für 1,10 Euro nach Cadiz Stadt. Zum Strand, fußläufig, 5 Minuten.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great location near Beach and Bus Lines

Apartment was super cute. We wanted to stay somewhere where we could live as locals for the moth we were there.Our luggage didn't arrive and we had to file a report, so we were late checking in. We appreciated the the cleaning lady waiting for us. We had to well equipped grocery store right across the street, which was awesome. The #2 bus stop was just down the block and that made it easy to get to Centro. We were right across the street from The Futbol stadium and got to go to a game, Our host recommended a great place Bebo on the beach and we became regulars and it felt like home. The promenade and beach were 2 blocks away and having the ocean so close was priceless. We didn't know it was Carnaval and the parade route was one block away. Our neighbors on our floor were friendly and sweet! It was a great experience!!

tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

eine gepflegte, mehr als vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, wirklich alles da, was man benötigt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung ( Bus und eine unterirdische Eisenbahnstation direkt erreichbar) und kurzer Weg zum Strand mit vielen Restaurants. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt gelegene Unterkunft

Super ausgestattete Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Der Strand, die Supermärkte und alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Cadiz

Wohnung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, 2 Supermärkte und Parkhaus in der Nähe,nächster,sehr schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar,Haus ist sehr hellhörig,wir hatten leider sehr laute Nachbarn über uns,schade.

Cadiz was great.

The appartment was ideal for our purposes. Close to the beach, close to a subway station and two large supermarkets. The bus stop into town was also only maybe two hundred meters away. Sure it was not pretty, but reasonably quiet despite being close to the main road. All the basics were there. The greatest "problem" were the two sofas, which are a litte worse for wear. Other than that a great place to stay if you want to visit Cadiz and do not want to lease a car. Thankyou very much Mr. Cierpol for your hospitality. Steven Williams

Two Canadians escaping winter!

We rented the apartment for a month so that it felt like we lived in the hood. We shopped in the local grocery store, ate in the local restaurants, had wine at and tapas in the beach bars and walked miles on the beach. It was a wonderful experience. Cadiz is a lovely old city well worth exploring. While a few kilometres from the centre, the bus service is excellent and, at 1.10€, inexpensive. Several buses have direct service into the city, but is is also a fabulous walk along the promenade. All in all we loved it!

Great location

This unit is within a few hundred yards of the beach, metro, and shops, so very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and were very nice. Bernd responds quickly to any questions. Our only suggestion is that the beds are made prior to guests arriving - this would made us feel more welcomed after a long day of travel.

Estancia perfecta

Hemos estado muy agusto. El apartamento tiene todas las comunidades. Estaba muy limpio y tenía todo tipo de accesorios de cocina. Camas cómodas, baño impecable y el trato con la dueña muy cordial y ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Si se puede, volveremos.

Vacaciones en Cádiz.

El piso está genial, tiene todas las comodidades (ventiladores, lavavajillas ,lavadora, plancha....) La situación es inmejorable ,playa a cinco minutos andando, farmacia y supermercado, parada de autobús y de tren, todo cerca y muy bien comunicado. Encantados de haber decido quedarnos aquí para pasar nuestras vacaciones.

L'appartement est très bien. Conforme à l'annonce. Près de la plage. Bien nettoyé. Tout y est. C'est sont les propriétaires qui louent et ils y vont aussi alors ce n'est pas une industrie. Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines. Les seuls points négatifs sont la taille du lit de couple (mais peut-être standard en Espagne) et l'isolation phonique de l'immeuble, mais les voisins sont tranquilles et ne font pas de bruit alors cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes ! Nous avons adoré

Big sandbeach, very suitable even for kids and babies. Many restaurants with local cuisine. The fish is just fabulous.
The local people of Cadiz have the reputation to be the most friendly and relaxed people in the country. All supplies are very close. The infrastructure is very good by train and bus in all parts of the country.
