Other amenities include iron and ironing board, deck furniture, game table, 2 picnic tables, clock radios, puzzles/games/books, 2 covered decks and 2 open sun decks. 125 yards to the beach. Approximately 200 yards to the Community Pool. Milepost 19. No Pets Please.

Eurich family vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean but in need of some upgrades and or repairs. The sweeper was known to overheat and then shut down, but we were not told of this prior to arriving. The owner knew of it but does not elect to replace it. When it rains you can't leave thru the front steps of the house due to the rainwater flooding the driveway at the bottom of the steps. There was approximately 3 to 4 inches of water several times during our stay. The air vent covers on the floor are not secured and were constantly moving exposing the air duct especially in the second-floor master bedroom and bathroom.

Took 3 cycles to actually get clothes dry...other than that it was great!

Enjoyable stay

The home was a pleasant and restful place to be. We enjoyed the beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets in a delightfully quiet neighborhood (at least in early May). We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were immaculately kept. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and location for the price. Easy walk across street to public beach access. Everything worked as it should. Attached bathrooms in 2 bedrooms is very nice. Hot tub is under cover of top floor, so pretty private. Wonderful view of sunrise. Plenty of pots/pans, dinnerware, etc. in kitchen. Definitely has the beachy feel I was looking for.
