The neighborhood is an easy mile from the Fresh Coast (Lake Michigan, including beaches!). It's quiet, walkable, and has great neighbors! It's central to everything we enjoy ourselves in Sheboygan!

What makes this property unique

We are really proud of this modern remodel with open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area; luxury showers; lower level TV room with games; lower level private office with adjustable-height desk; private, fenced-in back patio area with outdoor furniture and gas fireplace; and parking in the long garage and on the short driveway. Built for extended families like our but has also been used for vacations, a place to stay when going to an event (Packers, Bucks, Brewers, Road America, EAA, concerts in Milwaukee or Green Bay, US Open, Ryder Cup, other golf, boat races, sailing, surfing), girls weekends, guys getaways, and corporate offsites!
