The apartment is wide (50 sqm), has a nice modern living room, 2 bedrooms with double bed and an original stylish bathroom. The apartment has been decorated as if it were a Berber Riad, modern yet traditional.

█ The location █
The apartment is located in the center of Marrakesh in Gueliz, just 5 minutes walk from the main square (16 November Square) and the Carré Eden shopping center. You can easily reach the old part of Marrakesh, the Medina, by walking straight along the avenue Mohammed V for 20 minutes (safe area day and night) or in 10 minutes by taxi.

You can reach the apartment:
- from train station by foot (5 minutes);
- from airport by bus (7 minutes by foot from Gueliz bus stop), by taxi or with our private driver (150 dirham) (10 minutes);
- by car, nearby secure parking on street (day and night) for few dirham or private secure parking.

You will have access to your private apartment. The residence is safe.
✔ Visits from known people / friends is allowed
✘ We do not rent to groups of men (3 or more) coming for parties (no guests allowed for them)
✘ Parties not allowed (no groups, avoid noise after 10pm)
