Host is a former movie composer - he spends his time in New England and traveling - he is delighted to be able to share this wonderful property with those who will respect and admire it - he is hoping to forge relationships with a handful of returning guests for the long term
Why they chose this property
Pawlet is charming small town in southwest Vermont ( voted in Forbes as the third best town in American to work remotely from!). Nestled in the Mettowie River Valley, it has a dozen working dairy farms, gorgeous views, famous hiking trails, and is less than an hour from three major ski mountains. And don't forget nearby golf courses, fly fishing access, over a dozen fine dining venues, and tourist attractions galore.
What makes this property unique
The combination of privacy and convenience...hilltop views, woodland solitude, yet one mile from shopping and dining, 30 minutes from a major ski area, and more attractive destinations than we can begin to list.
