KITCHEN: Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, eatery all provided.
LAUNDRY AREA & SUPPLIES: There is a shared stacked washer and dryer in the small closet right outside the front door. We provide all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners to get you started.
PARKING: There is parking for one car in the front driveway and plentiful street parking.
THE OUTDOOR OASIS: The pool and outdoor areas are shared with two other units. There is a grill and loungers around the pool as well as a table for 6 under an umbrella. An additional picnic table with an umbrella is located in the back garden.
PETS:
We know how much people love their fur babies so, small dog/cat under 35lbs is acceptable with the $150 pet fee. (some breed limitation apply) The pet fee is for the additional/ deep cleaning needed after pet stays in-between guests.
RULES:
Must be 25 y/o or older to book.
NO smoking inside the unit, outside in the back area is acceptable
NO drugs
$150 charge for violations.
NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM.
NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.
CHILDPROOFING:
We do not have a pool fence, there is no alarm on the doors and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Please watch small children and infants.
