As our guest, you will have exclusive access to a serene and secluded pool area surrounded by lush trees. Additionally, you can take advantage of the well-equipped fitness room, which is reserved for guests and residents of Point of View. On the property, you will also find outdoor grills and picnic tables, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

Upon arrival, we want you to feel right at home. Our goal is to exceed your expectations by providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unlike typical beach rentals, we go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Our accommodations are meticulously maintained and cleaned, and we regularly update our listing photos to provide an accurate representation of the space. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, accommodating 2 guests. The spare bedroom has a queen size bed to accommodate another 2 guests, and in the living room area, there is a sofa bed providing comfy sleeping arrangements for an additional 2 guests. For families with babies or toddlers, we provide a pack-n-play that can be conveniently moved throughout the space. In total, we can accommodate up to 6 guests, plus a baby or toddler. We also provide plenty of extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort.

The condo boasts a spacious living room area, a dining area, a bar with ample seating, a balcony with outdoor furniture, a fully loaded kitchen, high-speed internet, a huge 70-inch Smart Roku TV in the living room, a 55-inch Smart Roku TV in the master bedroom, and a 40-inch Smart Roku TV in the spare bedroom.

Some Important Details to Note:
**The unit is on the second floor with stairs that lead up to it. There is no elevator, so this listing is not equipped for those that require handicapped accessible accommodations.

**It is agreed that prior to occupying this property, guest agrees to the listed items below:
 
1)Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on porch/balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee of $450.
2)Only the amount of people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight in the condo.
3)Cleaning services are not provided during your stay .
4)Quiet hours are to be observed from 11:00 pm-8:00 am.  
5)Pets are not allowed without prior approval at this time. Any evidence will result in a 250.00 fine .
6)Damaged or missing remote controls  will result in an additional fee of $75 and/or forfeiture of any security deposit.
7 )Guest is responsible for any damage resulting in replacement or repair of any house wares, linens, furniture, structures, remote controls, flooring or any other property.
