Amenities: night club directly above apt., music keeps you awake until 3:00 am. “ parking”=$20 night

Beautiful apt. Great communication with management from West Home. The listing just wasn’t transparent about how loud club music was 10 pm-3:00 am and parking was not free and needed to move or end up with a “ boot” on your car wheel and a 75.00 ticket. The club noise and parking situation should be transparent in the listing.I think they are charging too much based on those 2 negative factors.
