We had to move - no response from owner

This was our first vacation without our children in 20 years. It was to be a work/vacation. we are both self-employed and needed wifi for both work and connection with our children. (our daugther has health issues). We tried many times to connect with the owner (the wifi would not work after hundreds of tries we had to relocate and paid full price for a room at the Playa Linda. We can provide reciepts. Again, even since coming home we have tried to connect with the owners and heard no reply. In addition to the wifi issues the area has a very strong smell of suedge and the hot tub was cold. We would expect a refund.
