Spearfish is a great small town that has lots to experience. Great Boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars and the Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway. The surrounding black hills have so many trails to hike or bike.

What makes this property unique

This is a great 11 acre property that is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Spearfish. Yet you are only 5 minutes from the interstate and less than 10 minutes to downtown.
