Our Rental Application Process:

1. Submit an inquiry on any listing or visit our website.
2. Select your preferred unit(s) and submit an inquiry. Our team can provide additional options as availability changes quickly.
3. Complete the Tenant Application form, including income, credit, and ID verification.
4. Upon approval, you will receive a Pre-Approval application form. Within 24 hours, pay a security deposit equal to ½ month's rent and a non-refundable application fee (details available upon request).
5. After receiving your deposit and application fee, our team will arrange a pre-lease virtual inspection.
6. Once inspected, you're ready to move in!
7. On the lease-start date, our team will provide keys or self-check-in instructions.

Special Disclosure

Due to new legislation in British Columbia, all furnished rental tenants must sign our Residential Tenancy Lease Agreement within 24 hours of booking and complete our internal application process. Please note that this is separate from any ID verification done on the booking channel. If the Residential Tenancy Agreement and application forms are not signed within this timeframe, Iris Properties reserves the right to cancel your booking without penalty, and you will receive a full refund.
