Could be better!

This house has potential. Location and neighborhood were excellent. They need a new cleaning crew and the owner needs to spend a little time and money to turn it around. All the beds were not comfortable. Seems like it may be a new VRBO and they have not had time to do a little work on the house.

This house was “extremely dirty” and had ants in every room.

To be honest with you very very disappointing the place was extremely dirty the house was covered with ants. The master shower had black mold in it. The toilet room in the master bathroom had black mold, the house was extremely dirty and not well maintained. Didn’t have the proper cooking or drinking utensils that you would need for the comforts of home. The yard wasn’t maintained overgrown. There’s also a tenant that lives in the same house. They just lock the door between the main house and their room. Very weird. I don’t recommend anybody stay in this house.
