Ótima localização

Casa bem grande, ótima localização.Dono da casa, super prestativo e respondia super rápido as eventuais dúvidas e resolução de problemas. Porém, achamos que a casa precisa de manutenção. Microondas quebrado, chuveiro do andar de cima não esquentava muito a água. No dia em que chegamos, chovia bastante. Tinha uma goteira que encharcou um colchão do beliche. Fechadura que dá acesso para sacada, quebrada.

Casa nova e boa

A casa é nova, com alguns probleminhas, por exemplo não deu para usar o banheiro da suíte, por estar entupido o vaso sanitário e o lavatório também, apenas o chuveiro estava Ok. Não usamos ar condicionado, mas todos os ventiladores de teto funcionam bem. Todos os colchões são ótimos. A piscina do condomínio estava suja, só conseguimos usar um dia, dos quatro que ficamos. A tenda montada na praia estava com um rasgo enorme no final de semana, na segunda e terça foi outra tenda que estava Ok. E não tinha o número de cadeiras informado no site (8). Apenas 4, mas o pessoal que monta acabou arrumando mais cadeiras. O condomínio é pequeno e bom. E dá para ir a pé para a praia.

A casa é ótima, muito bem equipada e funcional, localizada em um condomínio muito tranquilo, com serviço de praia excelente (com tendas na praia)!! A piscina, apesar de ser do condomínio, é sempre vazia, então é possível aproveita-la tranquilamente, sem medo de distanciamento social.
