Tooting Dungeons - Double room

So I've decided to rent out my double room and have prayed to the Property Gods to find me someone decent, kind, quiet and compassionate to take care of my little room.

She's a relatively peaceful room who generally keeps to herself and doesn't make too much noise during the day.

As you can see, the property is located about 10-12 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and so you will not need any hiking books to find the place (trust Google Maps).

Should you be so inclined to take refuge in these in this small room, feel free to reach out.
