From championship fishing to water sports, you'll be within minutes of easy lake access. Famed for its fishing Lake Conroe is frequently a venue host for National Bassmaster Tournaments. For a break from the lake, outdoor lovers can spend some time exploring the Sam Houston National Forest. Gas and convenient grocery options are located within a mile of the home.

At home, spread out in the spacious, fully enclosed yard and cook up the day's fresh catch or burgers on the private gas grill. When it's time to eat, dine alfresco at the patio dining table.

Sofas and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. The full kitchen is well-equipped to easily accommodate family-style meal planning. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

- There is a queen sleeper sofa and full-size air mattress available for additional sleeping options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
