The Bay View Baby was born in 1898. Please be kind as she's a vintage darlin. Come get cozy in this charming one bedroom bungalow, complete with:

--SUN ROOM: Lounge chair, reading materials & plants.
--KITCHEN: Fully stocked with all the essentials. As well as a Keurig, waffle maker, toaster and more.
--GAME ROOM: Large gamer's table & selection of games. Vintage croquet set that can be taken to the field on the corner.
--BEDROOM: Tranquil, full size bed and extra bedding. Please note: Queen size air mattress and bedding available under the bed for extra guests.
--BATHROOM: Large tub & shower with Shampoo & Conditioner provided.
--LIVING ROOM: Vintage furnishing and smart TV.
--BASEMENT: Free washer & dryer with detergent and sheets. Please be careful on the steep stairs!
—SIDE YARD: Fire pit and lawn chairs available

We LOVE dogs, but require a $50 pet deposit. Dog beds are provided and dogs are not allowed on the furnishings.

PARKING: Parking in Milwaukee is free but you have to call it in and provide your license plate number and address where your vehicle is parked. It's super easy and will save you a $20 parking citation! We’ll provide the phone # and city website with the check-in instructions.
