It is located within 6 miles to UCF, 34 miles to Disney in a quiet residential neighborhood with huge fenced in yard, 65 inch TV and 2 smaller TVs in bedrooms and full size washer and dryer. Outside patio area with ample seating ready for your next Florida vacation. Surrounded by gorgeous, mature landscaping with planters full of local greenery, banana plants, orange trees, cherry and avocado trees and colorful flowers are sure to please. Beautifully decorated with some hand painted furniture, spacious in and out and recently renovated with bamboo floors in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms, hardwood in living room and wood-look tile in kitchen/dining room and hallway. En suite with beautiful vessel sink and quartz countertop with walk in closet. Jetted tub in bathroom 2.
