About this property

On a hill overlooking the lake: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, etc.) living room/dining area with deck. Gas grill, table and 4 chairs with an umbrella upstairs deck. One level living.
Full family room with sofa bed (queen), loveseat, twin daybed, laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, another deck, with a fire pit on lower level. Outside shower lower level. TV (both up & down), Wi-Fi. Books, games, and puzzles for something to do on a rainy day.
Steps down to the road (go to the right) that leads to a private beach at the lake.
Hopefully everything you need to relax and enjoy the view and the lake itself. Hiking trails nearby. The Maine Attraction restaurant is right up the road (great seafood). There’s a water skiing show every Friday evening (check time, usually around 7-7:30). Sturbridge is right up the road with the Old Village, wonderful restaurants, and antique shops. Boston is 2 hours away, Salem and the North Shore, Gloucester, and Rockport (2.5 hours), Hartford (1 hour), Berkshires (2 hours). Everything is within a days drive.

Comfort with a View

Not really waterfront. The stairs down to the water were covered in moss and leaves, an accident waiting to happen! House was clean and comfortable. Very welcoming. Couch could use a cleaning from previous dogs. Had a lovely stay, and felt comfortable. Close to everything

Absolutely loved this experience at the lake house. Stayed for two weeks for work and couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant place to call home.

Nice little spot

We came up to Mass for a long Holiday weekend and the whole reason of the trip was to play Maple Hill disc golf course. We chose this location since it was on the lake and seemed like a quiet area. We were only 30 minutes from the course and everything you need was close enough. The house was clean and comfortable. There were little bugs that got in from outside but that is to be expected in the woods with an older house. The little updates to paint and decor were a nice touch. We didn't walk down to the water so I can't say much to that affect and we didn't see any neighbors while we were there although we weren't at the house very long each day. LOVE that there is a baby gate at the top of the stairs since we have 3 children, two of which are 2 and under.
