About this space
Our newly remodeled home is tucked away in the trees and only a 10-15 minute walk to Canyon Lake. Access the Old Hancock Equestrian trails from the spacious backyard and walk or bike to the lake and fishing hole. Enjoy the grill and outdoor dining on the covered deck and smores around the fire pit under the trees. Perfect for families, our home sleeps 10 and is conveniently located 6 minutes from Canyon Beach Park and Canyon Lake Marina and 13 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater.

The space
This 1320 sq ft. home features a unique outdoor space surrounded by beautiful oak trees with a covered deck, gas grill and fire pit. It backs up to corp land and a wooded area for extra serenity and privacy as well as private access to the lake. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own Smart Roku TV. The fun and playful bunk room can sleep four with two twin over twin bunk, beds, one of which has its very own tent! The living room has two convertible twin futon couches and a Smart Roku TV.

Enjoy the open concept of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Outdoor dining is also available under our covered deck with a picnic table for small children below.

Ample parking and boat parking are allowed. There is a carport cover for one vehicle.
